| Abstract: | The research on pharmacotherapy of chronic heart failure has been increasingly stressed in recent years.Its development is rapid and there is a great breakthrough in the treatment of this disease.This thesis mainly introduces the development and functions of several kinds of medicaments in the treatment of heart failure such as drugs inhiting renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,neotype cardiac tonic,neotype diuretic,anti-inflammatory cytokines and so on. |
