米非司酮对减轻负压吸宫术中子宫内膜损伤的价值

摘    要:目的 观察术前口服米非司酮对降低负压吸宫术中所需吸宫负压,保护子宫内膜的作用.方法 将400例初孕早孕妇女分为两组,试验组负压吸引人工流产术前72h开始口服米非司酮,比较两组间吸宫术中所需最高负压值,并记录术后阴道流血天数、术后2周子宫内膜修复率及手术并发症例数.结果 试验组吸宫所需负压低于对照组(P<0.05),两组间术后阴道流血天数、术后2周子宫内膜修复率及手术并发症例数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 人工流产术前口服米非司酮可显著降低负压吸宫术中所需负压值,有效保护子宫内膜,减少手术并发症.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of oral mifepristone before operation on reducing the negative pressure value in artificial abortion. Methods Four hundred pregnant women requesting artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups with 200 eases in each group. The pregnant women of test group took mifepristone before artificial abortion, but nor did the pregnant women of euntrnl group. The negative pressure value in artificial abortion,the bleeding days,eases of uterus recovery and intrauterine adhesion anti the incidence of complications of two groups were compared. Results The negative pressure value of test group was significantly lower than that of the eontrol group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The other ubservatinns also showed significant differences between the two groups( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Taking mifepristone before artificial abortion can reduce the injury and protect endometrium.
