青光眼小梁切除术中应用丝裂霉素C对泪膜的影响

目的 观察青光眼小梁切除术中应用丝裂霉素C对泪膜的影响.方法 回顾性分析行青光眼小梁切除术的患者59例,按照手术中是否使用丝裂霉素C分为对照组（27例）和用药组（32例）,观察指标包括患者的眼部异物感、干涩、结膜充血、分泌物以及泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间（ BUT）、角膜荧光素染色（CFS）,同时观察术后眼压及滤过泡情况.结果 用药组术后眼部症状及体征明显,泪膜功能受损,与对照组比较差异有显著性（P均＜0.05）,用药组眼压控制率及功能性滤过泡比例分别为96.7％和95.4％,对照组分别为66.7％和71.2％,两组比较差异有显著性（P均＜0.05）.、结论 青光眼小梁切除术中应用丝裂霉素C可影响患者泪膜功能.

Influence of Mitomycin C on Tear Film of patients with Glaucoma during Trabeculectomy

Objective To study the influence of Mitomycin C（MMC） on tear film of patients with glaucoma when they treated with trabeculeelomy. Methods Fifty-nine eyes diagnosed as angle-closure glaucoma treated with trabeculectomy were studied. They were divided into the MMC group（32 eyes） and the control group（27 eyes）. The observed symptoms included ocular foreign body sensation, dryness,eonjunctival congestion and discharge. The availahle eriterias were fluorescein staining on the cornea, hreak-up time of tear film and Sehirmers test. The intraocular pressure（ IOP） and filtration bubble were also obselwed. Results The ocular symptoms and signs oceured and the function of lear fihn was damaged to some degree in MMC group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion the intraoperative use of mitomyein C in trabeculeetomy could influence the function of tear film.
