中西医结合治疗呼吸机相关肺炎的疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗呼吸机相关肺炎患者的临床疗效。方法：52例患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组（26例）及西药对照组（26例），中西医结合组在西药治疗的同时根据患者实际情况辨证分为痰热壅肺和痰湿阻肺两型进行治疗，观察两组疗效及机械通气时间。结果：中西医结合治疗组的疗效较对照组明显提高，机械通气时间缩短。结论：中西医结合治疗呼吸机相关肺炎具有一定优势。

Therapeatic Observation on by Using VentUator-associated Pneumonia Patients Modality Therapy and TCM

Objective ： Observing the Clinical effect of combined modality therapy with TCM in patients with Ventilator-associated pheumonia. Methods ： 52 patients were randomly divided into the combined treatment of TCM - western medicine group （26 cases） and western medicine control group （26 cases}. The combined treatment of TCM -western medicine were divided into the type of phlegm - heat obstructing in the lung and pulmonary stagnation of phlegm, The two types were treated through differentiating zheng. The aim was to observe the clinical effect and the mechanical time. Results： The curative effect was sig- nificantly better in the treatment group than in the control group and shortened the mechanical time. Conclusions： There are surely advantages about combined therapy of TCM and western medicine for VAP.
