皮肤针叩刺法结合康复训练治疗痉挛型脑瘫疗效观察

目的观察皮肤针叩刺结合康复训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌张力及关节活动度的影响。方法利用随机数字表将84例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为试验组和对照组,每组42例。试验组采用皮肤针叩刺结合康复训练进行治疗,对照组采用单纯康复训练,1次/d,5次/周,3个月后统计疗效。治疗前后对患儿肌张力进行评定,并对内收肌角、腘窝角、足背屈角进行测量,以评定肌张力和关节活动度的改善情况。结果经相应治疗后,2组患儿上述各项指标较治疗前均有明显改善,但试验组上述指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论皮肤针叩刺结合康复训练治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫,可明显降低患儿肌张力,扩大双下肢关节活动度,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of therapeutic effect of dermal needle knocking acupuncture manipulation combined with rehabilitation training on spastic cerebral palsy

Objective It is to observe the effect of dermal needle knocking acupuncture manipulation combined with rehabilitation training on muscle tonus and joint range of motion of children patients with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods 84 children patients with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into experimental group and experimental group with 42 cases in each group according to random digits table.The patients in experimental group were treated by dermal needle knocking acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.the other patients in control group were treated by simple rehabilitation training,once a day,5 times a week,with a treatment course of 3 months for both groups.The therapeutic effects were observed and compared in the two groups after 3-month treatment.The patients' muscle tonus was evaluated before and after treatment,and the improvement condition of joint range of motion was evaluated by measuring adductor muscle angle,popliteal angle,dorsiflexion angle of foot.Results After 3-month treatment,the parameters mentioned above were obviously improved in both groups,however,the improvement condition of muscle tonus and joint range of motion in experimental group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dermal needle knocking acupuncture manipulation combined with rehabilitation training can effective reduce muscle tonus and can expand the joint range of motion of both lower extremities in treatment of spastic cerebral palsy of children patients,which is worth being spread in clinic.
