书写症状联合常规药物治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的探讨书写症状联合常规药物治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效。方法将消化科门诊及病房共100例FD患者分成治疗组50例和对照组50例;对照组根据个体化原则选择性给予伊托必利和（或）雷贝拉唑,并加用黛力新;治疗组在对照组的基础上进行症状书写记录联合治疗,疗程均为8周。结果两组治疗后症状积分（治疗组4.67±2.31,对照组7.66±2.61）较治疗前（治疗组14.63±2.39,对照组14.66±2.36）均有明显下降（P〈0.05）,且治疗组症状积分下降较对照组更明显（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗总有效率为94.0%,对照组为74.0%,两组差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论书写症状联合常规药物治疗与单纯药物治疗相比,可显著提高治疗FD的疗效,无不良反应,可在临床应用推广。

The clinical efficacy of writing about symptom combined with conventional drug therapy on fuctional dyspepsia

Objective To observate the treatment effect of writng bbout symptom combined with con- ventional drug therapy for functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods One hundred FD patients clinically confirmed were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in control group were treated in- dividually with Itopride and （or）Rabeprazole, and Deanxit for 8 weeks; while the patients in treatment group were treated with the same drug and asked them writing about symptom. Results The symptom score of both groups clearly dropped after treatement （treatment group 4.67±2.31 to 14.63± 2.39, control group 7.66±2.61 to 14.66±2.36）. The symptom score of treatment group dropped more than of control group （P 〈 0.05）; The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.0%, and control group 74.0% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Writing about symptom combinated with conventional drug therapy can significantly improve the efficacy of the treat- ment for FD.
