围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用调查分析

目的：调查我院围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物的合理性。方法：回顾性调查分析2011年7月-2012年2月我院外科出院的637例I类和Ⅱ类切口手术患者的病历资料，对围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用的合理性进行评价。结果：抗菌药物预防性应用率95．45％；涉及8类21种抗菌药物，使用最多的为头孢替安；不合理用药的主要表现形式为无指征用药、药物选择及预防用药时机不合理等问题。结论：我院围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用存在不合理现象，需进一步加强抗菌药物规范化使用的教育和管理。

A Survey and Analysis of Preventative Application of Antibacterials in Perioperative Patients

Objective： To investigate the rationality of the preventative use of antibacterials during perioperative period in our hospital. Methods： A retrospective study was canied out to analyze the clinical data of 637 surgery patients with type I and II incisions and to evaluate the rationality of the use of antibacterials from July of 2011 to February of 2012. Results： The preventative application rate of antibacterials was 95.45% including 8 categories and 21 kinds of antibiotics and cefotiam was used the most. The irrational drug use exited such as nonindicated use of antibiotics, irrational drug choosing, improper time for prevention medication and so on. Conclusion： There were problems in the rationality of preventative use of antibacterials during perioperative peirod in our hospital. Education and management for the standardization in the application of antibacterial agents need to be further strengthened.
