研究糖代谢水平与急性脑梗死患者病情及预后的相关性

目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者的糖代谢水平变化对患者病情及早期预后的影响。方法:将160例急性脑梗死患者根据血糖水平分为高血糖组和正常血糖组各80例,比较2组患者神经功能缺失程度和预后。结果:高血糖组神经功能缺失程度显著重于正常血糖组(P<0.05);高血糖组治疗效果显著低于血糖正常组(P<0.05)。结论:伴发高血糖的脑梗死患者神经功能缺失更严重,糖代谢水平变化对急性脑梗死患者的病情和预后判断有参考价值,监测血糖并控制其在正常范围内可改善预后。

The Sugar Metabolism Level and Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients Condition and Prognosis of the Correlation

Objective:To investigate the acute cerebral infarction patients of sugar metabolism level change on patient condition and the influence of early prognosis.Methods:160 patients with acute cerebral infarction patients according to blood sugar level is divided into high blood glucose group and normal blood glucose group of the 80 cases,compare two groups of patients with neurologic deficit degree and prognosis.Results:High blood glucose group of neural function lack significant degree on normal blood glucose group(P<0.05);high blood glucose group treatment effect significantly lower than normal group blood sugar(P<0.5).Conclusion:Accompanying hyperglycemic cerebral infarction patients with neurologic deficit is more serious,sugar metabolism level change on acute cerebral infarction patients condition and prognosis judgement have reference value,monitoring and control the blood sugar in normal fan with inside can improve prognosis.
