基于“知信行”理论的高血压患者用药依从性影响因素研究

目的验证“知信行”理论模式中认知和态度对行为的影响方式并估测其影响程度，为采取有针对性的健康教育干预措施提供依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法，用自行设计的问卷对到武汉市6个社区卫生服务中心就诊的高血压患者的用药依从性认知、态度和行为进行调查，用结构方程分析高血压患者用药依从性认知、态度对行为的影响及其特征。结果认知对态度为直接影响，总体影响系数为0．32；态度对行为为直接影响，总体影响系数为0．79；认知对行为只有间接影响，影响系数为0．25。本次调查的用药依从性态度10％取决于所调查的认知，而用药依从性行为有63％被认知与态度共同影响。结论态度在“知信行”理论模型中起着关键性的作用，高血压患者用药依从性认知通过态度对行为起作用。

Study of hypertension patients medication compliance behaviors based on KAP theory

Objective To estimate how cognitive and attitudes of hypertension patients affect their medication com- pliance behavior based on KAP theory models, and provide evidence for adopting appropriate preventive measures in health education. Methods By convenience sampling method, the survey was carried out among patients with hypertension in 6 community health service center in Wuhan. Data were collected by using anonymous questionnaire, which was serf-designed and relevant to cognitive, attitude and behavior. Structural equation model was used to analyze the influences and features. Results Cognitive had direct effect on attitude, the overall impact coefficients was O. 32. Attitude had direct impact on be- havior and the overall effect was 0.79. Cognitive showed indirect influence on behavior and the coefficient was 0. 25. 10% of medication compliance attitude depended on the cognitive, while cognitive and attitude could explain 63% of the medication compliance. Conclusion Attitude plays a key role in the KAP theory model Cognitive affect the behavior through attitude in the medication compliance of hypertensive patients.
