| 摘 要： | 目的：对急性腹泻病人抗菌药物和非抗菌药物的治疗效果进行比较。方法：选择１９９９年５月￣１９９９年９月１５０例急性非侵袭性腹泻的病人分别给与抗菌药物环丙沙星和非抗菌药物思密达治疗并进行了疗效的观察。结果：抗菌药物和非抗菌药物的治疗效果及治疗有效时间经统计学分析无显著性差异。结论：急性非性腹泻或急性水样便患者不必要常规使用抗菌药物治疗，避免抗菌药物的滥用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the effect of antibacterial agent and nonantibacterial agent to treat acute diarrhea Methods: From May 1999 to September1999, 150 patients with acute noninvasive diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups and prescribed antibacterial agent ciprofloxacin and nonantibacterial agent Smecta, respectively Results: The therapeutic effect and effective duration between antibacterial agent and nonantibacterial agent effect were no significant differences Conclusion: It is not a necessary routine to use antibacterial agent to treat acute noninvasive diarrhea and acute watery stools |
