| 摘 要： | 目的:观察TDP(特定电磁波谱治疗仪)联合辣椒碱软膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效.方法:50例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,随机分为两组,每组25例.实验组用TDP联合辣椒碱软膏治疗;对照组单用辣椒碱软膏治疗.观察经过不同治疗后疼痛缓解情况.结果:治疗后TDP联合辣椒碱软膏治疗组疼痛缓解率为92%;单用辣椒碱软膏治疗缓解率为68%(P＜0.05).结论:TDP联合辣椒碱软膏治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效优于单用辣椒碱软膏治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of TDP (Special Electromagnetic Wave) combined with Axsain on residual neuralgia of HZ. Methods:A total of 50 cases of HZ with residual neuralgia were divided randomly into two groups.The tested group was treated with TDP combined with Axsain,the control group was treated with Axsain only. Result:The difference of remission rates of soreness between the two groups was significant. Conclusion:TDP combined with Axsain is more effective on residual neuralgia of HZ than on those treated with Axsain only. |
