遵义地区仡佬族、土家族、苗族、汉族红细胞PGM_1,GLOI,ESD酶型分布频率研究

摘    要:本文采用琼脂糖水解淀粉混合凝胶平板电泳同时检测血斑红细胞同功酶PGM1,GLOI,ESD的方法,得出了遵义地区仡佬族、土家族、苗族、汉族红细胞PGM1,GLOI,ESD表型分布及基因频率,并与国内有关专家报道的结果进行了比较,其结果相近。其中仡佬族的基因分布频率填补了国内空白。

Abstract:A technique was developed for the multhsystem analysis of bloodstains using a mixed agrose, starch gel to type the enzymes EDS, PGM1, and GLOI. The distribution of enzyme and gene frequecy was obstained in the Gelo, Tujia, Miao and Han in Zunyi Prefecture. The study was compared with other reports, that the two of them have almost identical views. The distribution of red cell enzymes in the Gelo is filled the gaps in the nation.
