| 摘 要： | 对医疗设备管理过程中的几个重要环节制度的制定与管理进行了论述，并通过管理实践获得了良好的效果，提出了医疗设备的有效管理是医院保证医疗质量的重要参数之一,指出医疗设备的有效管理应随着医疗设备的发展而改进。

| Abstract: | Institutions and management for some key processes in medical equipment management are described. Desired effect is achieved in practice. Good and efficicent medical equipment management is one of the important factors to guarantee medical quality in hospital. Medical equipment management should be improved with the equipment development. |
