老年病人胰腺癌围手术期的监护治疗

目的探讨老年胰腺癌病人的围手术期处理方法。方法回顾性分析我院普外科从2002年6月至2004年4月手术治疗的36例胰腺癌病例,按年龄将病人分成老年组和中年组,分别对比两组病人围手术期的生命体征变化,提出围手术期的治疗方案。结果老年组病人的生命体征在手术前后具有显著性差异,老年组病人手术后的心肺功能异常发生率为70.83%,相对中年组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论胰腺癌手术复杂,创伤大,对老年病人更容易产生心肺功能异常和并发症,需要在围手术期各个阶段认真对待。

THE PERI- OPERATIVE MONITORING THERAPY FOR ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH PANCREATIC CANCER

Objective To investigate the peri-operative intensive and supportive therapy for the elderly patients suffered from pancreatic cancer. Methods 36 cases of pancreatic cancer were operated in our hospital from June 2002 to April 2004. They were divided into two groups according to their age. The vital sign of the two groups and summarize of the treatment program were analysed. Results Each peri-operative physiological index of respiratory and circulative system in aged patients are significant factors (P< 0.01). The heart and lung dysfunction rate post-operatively in aged patients was 70.83%. The difference between two groups was significant(P< 0.01). Conclusions The surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer is complexed with major surgical trauma. The postoperative complication and the cardio-pulmonary dysfunction are easily happened especially in the aged patients. Intensive supportive therapy is needed all over the course.
