关节镜下半月板缝合术后康复计划的设计与临床初步应用

目的：探讨关节镜下半月板缝合术后康复计划的临床应用效果。方法：采用自行研究、设计的半月板缝合术后康复计划，对６０例关节镜下半月板缝合术后患者进行康复训练。采用术后立刻戴支具，术后第一天起按康复计划开始实施术肢康复。术后平均随访４６周。结果：１例老年患者术膝屈曲仅达１００度，１例患者术后５天自行去支具行走，完全负重，症状复发，其余患者症状消失，关节活动度正常，恢复原工作。结论：本康复计划各阶段目的明确，简便有效，结合现代支具的应用，取得了满意的临床效果，值得推广。

Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Program after Meniscal Suture Repair in Preliminary Clinical Application

Objective: Clinical effects of a newly designed rehabilitation program after meniscal suture repair were investigated.Methods:The rehabilitation program was performed on 60 patients after the first day of the meniscal suture repair. All the patients wore braces in the rehabilitation treatment.After the operation,the patients were followed up for average 46 weeks. Results: All the patients gained full range of motion (ROM) without symptoms during the following up, except one aged patient had only up to 100 degree flexion of the knee, and one patient had a relapse as a result of early full body weight loading on the operated knee. Conclusion: The rehabilitation program was proved to be effective for best ROM and early recovery of knee function. The preliminary application of the program provides practical experience.
