自拟扶正固本汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的]观察扶正固本方治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法]60例患者随机分为中药＋化疗组（治疗组）、化疗组（对照组）,对照组选用NP方案,治疗组在化疗同时加服扶正固本方。结果]治疗组在缓解肺癌相关症状、提高生存质量、提高细胞免疫功能方面与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论]扶正固本方能延长患者的生存期,缓解稳定病灶,提高肺癌患者的生活质量,提高机体免疫功能,减轻化疗对机体的不良反应。

Clinical Observation to Non-small-cellular Lung Cancer Treated with Fuzheng Guben Decoction and Chemic-therapy

Objective] To observe the clinical effect of non-small-cellular lung cancer treated with Fuzheng Guben Decoction. Method] Randomly divide 60 cases into TCM＋chemic-therapy（treatment group）, chemic-therapy group（control）, and control one take NP plan, treatment one is added with Fuzheng Guben Decoction. Result] On relieving relative symptoms of lung cancer, improving life quality and cell immune function, treatment group is very different from control one（P〈0.05）. Conclusion] Fuzheng Guben Decoction can lengthen patients＇ survival, relieve and stabilize diseased focal, improve lung cancer patients＇ life quality and organ immune function, also reduce side effect of chemic-therapy on organs.
