川芎嗪结合正骨手法治疗老年颈性眩晕疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察川芎嗪结合正骨手法治疗老年颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将150例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组、药物组和手法组。治疗组50例采用川芎嗪结合正骨手法治疗,药物组及手法组各50例分别采用单纯药物和单纯正骨手法治疗,观察3组治疗后临床症状的改善情况。结果治疗组痊愈率52%,总有效率94%,与药物组及手法组在痊愈率和总有效率上差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论川芎嗪结合正骨手法治疗老年颈性眩晕疗效优于单纯药物治疗和单纯正骨手法治疗。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effects of ligustrazine combined with bone setting manipulation on cervical vertigo in elderly patients. Methods 150 cases with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group, medication group and bone setting manipulation group, 50 cases each group. Cases in the treatment group were treated with Ligustrazine combined with manipulation therapy, while cases in the other two group were treated with medicine and bone setting ma- nipulation treatment, respectively. The clinical symptoms after treatment were compared among these three groups. Results The rates of cure and total efficiency of the treatment group were 52 % and 94 % respectively, which had statistical difference as compared with those of the other two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Ligustrazine combined with bone setting manipulation is more effective than simple drug treatment and simple bone setting manipulation treatment for elderly cervical vertigo.
