文拉法辛治疗老年疼痛性躯体症状的疗效观察

目的观察老年疼痛性躯体症状（PPS）的临床特征，验证文拉法辛治疗老年疼痛性躯体症状的疗效。方法40例老年具有PPS患者，予文拉法辛75～150mg／d，观察8周，采用医学结局研究用疼痛量表（MOSPM）、临床总体印象量表-疾病的严重性（CGI-S）、汉密顿抑郁量表-17项（HAMD17）、汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表（TESS）评估文拉法辛的镇痛疗效及缓解抑郁焦虑症状的疗效。结果40例PPS患者中52．5％同时伴有抑郁和焦虑；文拉法辛治疗前后MOSPM总分及因子分降低；CGI-S评分降低；HAMD17和HAMA总分及各因子分均降，差异有统计学意义。结论文拉法辛治疗老年疼痛性躯体症状有效。

Clinical study on efficacy of venlafaxine in the treatment of painful physical symptoms in the elderly patients with PPS

Objective To study the efficacy of venlafaxine in the treatment of painful physical symptoms in the elderly patients with PPS. Methods Fourty patients with PPS were enrolled to receive venlafaxine in an 8-week labeled study. The Medical Outcome Study Pain Measures （MOSPM） , the Clinical Global Impressions Scale （ CGI-S ）, Hamilton De- pression Scale-17 items （HAMD17） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） were used to assess the analgesic and anti- depressive efficacy of venlafaxine. Results There were 21 patients （52.5%） commorbid with depressive and anxious symptoms, MOSPM total score and three factors decreased significantly after 8 weeks treatment, CGI-S decresed, HAMD17 and HAMA total score and factors decreased significantly. Conclusion Venlafaxine are effective for PPS in the elderly.
