腭裂术后患者辅音/x/、/q/、/j/能量集中区的初步探讨

[目的]通过观察辅音/x/、/q/、/j/的能量集中区特征及其与其后跟随元音共振峰的关系,探讨辅音能量集中区在语谱分析中的意义和作用.[方法]腭裂术后患者组男女各10名,对照组男女各10名录制其普通话/xi/、/qi/、/ji/作定性观察,并定量分析/x/、/q/、/j/能量集中区的特征.[结果]患者/x/、/q/、/j/出现的能量集中区位置与其后跟随的元音/i/相应共振峰位置无显著性差异,而与正常组能量集中区位置有显著性差异.[结论]辅音/x/、/q/、/j/能量集中区变化可作为其发音障碍的诊断指标之一.

Primary Exploration of Area of Energy Concentration of Consonant in Patients after Reparation of Cleft Palate

[Objective]To discuss the significance and roles of area of energy concentration of consonant in phonogram by observing the consonant formants of /x/,/q/ and /j/ and the relationship between the consonants and vowels followed. [Methods] Twenty patients after reparation of cleft palate (male=10, female=10) and twenty normal persons (male-10, female=10) were included. The /xil, /qi/,/ji/ of mandarin of them were recorded and observed qualitatively and the characteristics of the area of energy concentration of /x/, /q/, and /j/ were analyzed quantitatively. [Results] In patient group, there was no statistically significant difference between the sites of area of energy concentration of consonant /x/, /q/,/j/ and vowel /i/ followed. But there was significantly difference between patient group and normal group. [Conclusion] The changes of area of energy concentration of /x/, /q/, /j/ can be used as an index for diagnosis of anarthria.
