摘    要:目的:通过对大鼠不同硬腭裸露面积伤口的组织学观察,了解不同硬腭裸露面积与硬腭裸露面伤口组织学变化的关系。方法:选取3周龄SD雄性大鼠16只,随机分为对照组和3组分别被切去硬腭1/4、2/4和3/4面积大小的黏骨膜瓣的实验组,每2周各组随机处死动物1只,进行HE和Masson染色。结果:硬腭不同的裸露面积表现为不同的组织学改变,1/4组与正常组相似,未见到纤维与牙周纤维相连;裸露面积在2/4以上时,出现了大量的瘢痕组织,与骨面及牙周纤维紧密相连;裸露面积大于3/4时,还发现硬腭中部有骨坏死。结论:硬腭裸露面积的差异,可以导致硬腭不同的组织学改变;硬腭裸露面积越大,组织结构改变越明显。

Abstract:PURPOSE: To explore the relationship between the histological changes of the denudated bone in the hard palate of rats and its sizes. METHODS: Sixteen three-week-old SD male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (a control group and 3 experimental groups). In the three experimental groups, one and two and three quarters of the bilateral palatal mucoperiosteum were excised respectively. One animal in each group was sacrificed every two weeks and the histological differences were observed. RESULTS: Different histological changes were found among the groups. When the denuded part was over half of the palate, tight connections between scar tissues and both the palatal bone and the periodontal fibers were observed. Many necrotic bone tissues appeared in the mid-palate if more than three quarters of areas were exposed. CONCLUSION: Different sizes of denuded bone may lead to different histological appearances. Structures and tissues change more when denuded part of the bone is larger.
