石刁柏的木脂素类成分研究

摘    要: 目的研究石刁柏(Asparagus officinalis)根茎的化学成分,为阐明其有效成分提供依据。方法利用硅胶、SephadexLH-20柱色谱进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据(IR,UV,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)鉴定其结构。结果从其乙醇提取物中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为:(+)-nyasol(1),3′-methoxynyasin(2),syringaresinol-4′,4″-O-bis-β-D-glucoside(3),syringares-inol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)。结论木脂素类化合物1~4均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constitutents in the roots of Asparagus officinalis for obtaining a more comprehensive understanding on its effective components.METHODS Compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20,whose structures were elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.RESULTS Four compounds were isolated from the EtOH extract.Their structures were identified as:(+)-nyasol(1),3′-methoxynyasin(2),syringaresinol-4′,4″-O-bis-β-D-glucoside(3) and syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4).CONCLUSION Compound 1~4 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
