清疡膏对烧伤残余创面的治疗作用

目的 观察清疡膏对大面积烧伤患晚期迁延不愈的残余创面的治疗作用。方法 运用中西医结合方法自制清疡膏对118例大面积烧伤患晚期残余创面进行外涂治疗。治疗期间对残余创面四周上皮生长速度、用药后创面分泌物培养阳性率和创面愈合时间进行临床观察并与烧伤湿润膏对比分析。结果 中西医结合方法自制外用药清疡膏治疗烧伤残余创面，治愈104例，好转8例，无效6例，疗效显（P＜0．01），且有明显的抗菌、促进创缘上皮生长、加速愈合及愈合后弹性好不再溃破。结论 清疡膏是治疗烧伤残余创面的一种简单、方便行之有效的方法。

Effect of qing yang gao on major burned patients residual wound

AIM To study an effect of qing yang gao on major burned patients residual wound, which had been long drawn out course. METHODS The residual wound of the 118 cases was treated with qing yang gao. During the period of the treatment, clinical observation and analysis were made for the growth velocity of epithelium around the residual wound, the positive rate of cultures of the secretion and the duration of the wound growing together. RESULTS 104 case had been cured with qing yang gao, 8 cases had been bettered, and 6 cases had not been responded to this treatment. The qing yang gao significantly shorten the duration of the wound growing and had antibacterial effect. The therapy improved the growth of epithelium and the wound growing together. CONCLUSION qing yang gao has an effective action on burned residual wound.
