| 摘 要： | 目的：总结提高对手术治疗鼓室硬化症的认识。方法：对１９８０～１９９６年手术并随访的４８耳鼓室硬化症进行临床分析。结果：鼓膜愈合良好者４２耳（８７．５％），听力提高１０ｄＢ以上者３８耳（７９．２％）。结论：鼓室硬化症应以手术治疗为主。手术原则：应根据病变的范围和固定的程度选择不同的手术类型行鼓室成形术。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To improve the recognition of surgical management on tympanosclerosis. Methods:Clinical analysis was given to 48 ears of tympanosclerosis which had been surgically treated from 1980 to 1996 and followed up. Results:Among all 48 ears,42 got well healing of tympanic drum(87.5%),38 got increase of hearing ability more than 10 dB(79.2%). Conclusions:Tympanosclerosis should be managed mainly via surgical approach.The surgical principle was that different types of tympanoplasty should be chosen acccording to the extend of lesion and degree of fixation. |
