| 摘 要： | 目的:观察黄芪对糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白(UAE)的影响。方法:对照组使用包括降糖治疗在内的一般糖尿病性肾病治疗方法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用黄芪注射液40mL,qd,静脉滴注,四周为一疗程。结果:一个疗程后两组24尿hUAE值比较有统计学意义(P<0. 01),治疗组显著低于对照组。结论:黄芪注射液对降低Ⅱ型糖尿病性肾病的尿UAE疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Huangqi injection of reducing microalbuminuria in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods:48 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups,involved in a randomized control clinical trial. Control group total 24 cases were only given conventional diabetes treatment. In other group (treatment group,24 cases) 40mL of Huangqi was added to 250 mL NS for intravenous injection every day for four weeks. Results: After treatment the excreted albuminuria of patients in the treatment group significantly reduced with that before treatment. (P<0.01).Conclusion: Huangqi injection is notably effective in reducing microalbuminuria for type 2 diabetic nephropathy. |
