白塞病患者外周血T细胞亚群的测定

本文以单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光法检测20例活动性患者外周血T细胞及其亚群,15 例正常人作为对照。结果是Leu2a~+、Leu3a~+和 Leu4~+细胞绝对数和百分率均明显低于正常人,而Leu3a~+、Leu2a~+比值正常。结合文献及我们以往资料提示本病免疫功能异常在细胞免疫,而其中T_H 细胞降低为其主要方面。不同组织部位损害与T细胞亚群之间虽分别有一定联系,但无规律性。

AN APPROACH TO THE SIGNIFICANCE OF SUBSETS OF PERIPHERAL T CELLS IN BEHCET'S DISEASE BY USING MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES

The pathogenesis of Behcet's disease in regarding to whether cell-mediated immunity or humoral immunity playing a major role is still controversial. Peripheral blood T-cell and its subsets were determined by using monoclonal antibody in patients with Behcet's disease and 15 normals as a control. The results showed Leu2a+, Leu3a+ and Leu4+ were lowered, however, the ratio of Leu3a+/Leu2a+was normal. Together with the knowledge from literature and our previous data, the immunological abnormality of Behcet's disease was mainly of cell-mediated immunity. Decrease in TH cell may be the major defect. Through the analysis of the tissues involved and their relations to the cell subsets, we couldn't find any regular rules.
