| 摘 要： | 目的探讨半剂量光动力学（PDT）治疗对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变（CSC）的疗效。方法对13例经荧光血管造影诊断为CSC且渗漏点位于黄斑中心凹而不宜进行普通激光治疗的患者，按PDT治疗时光敏剂给药的一般计量进行给药，再给予激光照射。治疗后1、3、6、12个月进行随诊，每次复诊均进行FFA、视力检查等，观察黄斑部的渗漏情况。结果13例患者视力均有不同程度的提高，视物变形有明显改善。治疗后1个月复诊FFA检查，渗漏点消失11例；3个月后13例患者的渗漏点均消失；1年后13例患者黄斑部均没有渗漏。结论PDT治疗CSC能有效缩短病程，提高患者视力，改善症状，避免并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of semi-dose photodynamic therapy on central serous choroidretinpathy.Methods Thirteen patients were diagnosed by FFA examination the piont of leak under the macular fovea and unfit the common laser treat were carried semi-dose PDT.All patients were followed up at 1,3,6,12 months and were given FFA examination.The vision was recorded and the leak point was observed.Results 13 patient's vision improved.11 case's leak point dispeared after one month.All case's leak point dispeared after 3 months.There was no leakage in all patients macular after one year.Conclusion The semi-dose PDT could shorten the course of CSC,improve the patient's vision and reduce the complicates. |
