摘 要: | 目的:将丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚氯胺酮应用于小儿非插管全麻的短小手术,观察和分析比较临床效果及安全性。方法:选择愿意参与研究的35例需短小手术的患儿,将他们分成2组,A组和B组。A组在手术时采用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼来进行麻醉而B组采用丙泊酚氯胺酮,在手术过程中记录下患儿的SpO2、心率、呼吸频率及平均动脉压的变化,在手术结束后记录患儿的清醒时间、恢复时间及恶心呕吐的发生率。结果:手术过程中A组患儿的心率和平均动脉压有明显下降,而手术结束后的恶心呕吐发生率为4.5%;而B组在手术过程中的各项指标变化不大,手术结束后的恶心呕吐发生率为1.7%。A组的术中和术后数据与B组进行统计学比较均为P〈0.05,有显著差异。结论:丙泊酚氯胺酮作为麻醉剂在短小型小儿非插管全麻手术中拥有更好的安全性,应用效果明显优于丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼。

Abstract: | Objective:The propofol, fentanyl and composite propofol ketamine application without the shortness of the intubation anes- thesia surgery, observation and analysis to compare the clinical effect and safety. Methods:Willing to participate in the study were 35 should be short and operation of children, divided them into two groups : group A and group B. Group A at the time of surgery with propo- t:ol compound in fentanyl to anesthesia with group B using propofol ketamine, recorded during the operation the patientg SpO2, heart rate, breathing rate and the change of mean arterial pressure, at the end of the operation records of children g waking time, recovery time and the incidence of nausea and vomiting. Results :the operation process of the patientg heart rate and mean arterial pressure of group A is sig- nificantly lower, and the incidence of nausea and vomi - ting after surgery is 4.5% ; And group B in the process of operation indicators changed little, the incidence of nausea and vomiting after surgery was 1.7%. lntraoperative and postoperative data of group A and group B were statistically compared are P 〈 0.05, significant differences. Conclusion: Propofol ketamine as an anesthetic in short the small children of intubation anesthesia surgery has better security, application effect is superior to propofol compound fentanyl. |
