阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症的对照研究

目的：比较阿立哌唑与利培酮对女性精神分裂症的疗效及副作用。方法：将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的67例女性患者随机分为2组，分别给予阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗，疗程为8周。以阳性症状和阴性症状量表（ PANSS）、临床疗效总评量表﹙CGI）评定疗效、以精神药物副反应量表﹙TESS）评定副反应。结果：治疗8周后，2组患者的PANSS、CGI评分均明显减少，差异有显著性﹙P﹤0．01）。2组间比较PANSS、CGI评分差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。阿立哌唑组副反应发生率低于利培酮组，差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论：阿立哌唑与利培酮对女性精神分裂症的疗效相当，有效率分别为81．9％、85．3％。阿立哌唑锥体外系副反应和内分泌改变较利培酮少，更适用于女性精神分裂症患者。

Comparison of Curative Effect and Safety of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the Treatment of Female Sch izophrenia

Objective：To compare the curative effect and safety of the therapy scheme to apply aripiprazole and risperidone to the fe -male schizophrenia .Methods：67 female patients with schizophrenia by CCMD -3 were randomly allocated to two groups treated with aripi-prazole or risperidone for 8week.We evaluate the result by the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale for schizophrenia （ PANSS）, the Clinical Global Impression Scale （CGI）, the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） .Re sults：By the end of the 8 weeks, the PAN-SS and CGI scores of two groups decreased notably （P﹤0.01）.There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Incidence of adverse effects in the aripiprazole group was lower than that in the risperidone group , but the differencewas not significant （ P〉0.05）.Conclusions：The results suggest that aripiprazole is as effective as risperidone for the treatment of female schizophrenia ;the ef-fective rate of the therapy scheme is 81.9%and 85.3%.The rates of extra-pyramidal symptoms and endocrine change were higher in＆nbsp;the risperidone group than those in the aripiprazole group .Aripiprazole is beneficial for female schizophrenia .
