| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨2种不同麻醉方法在支气管镜检查中的效果。方法：对我院2012年7月～2013年7月接受支气管镜检查的155例患者随机分为2组，个体化麻醉组（ A组）80例，常规喷壶麻醉组（ B组）75例，观察对比2组麻醉的效果。结果：A组麻醉成功率98．70％，B组麻醉成功率94．67％，A组成功率优于B组。结论：个体化麻醉的效果明显优于常规喷壶麻醉的效果，有推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare the efficiency of two techniques used in anaesthesia for bronchoscopy .Methods：155 patients who received bronchoscopy from July 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital were randomly enrolled into two groups：group A （ n =80 ） , anaesthe-sia in dividual;and group B （ n =75） in which the anaesthetic was sprayed on laryngeal region .The efficiencies of the two techniques were compared.Results：There were significant more patients who experience successful anesthesia in group A （98.7% ） than those in Group B （94.67%）.Conclusions：The anaesthesia in dividual was more efficient than that by laryngeal spray . |
