| 摘 要： | 目的：探究美拉唑和西咪替丁治疗应激性胃溃疡的效果。方法：选择2012年10月～2013年10月期间治疗的86例应激性胃溃疡患者。结果：观察组患者止血时间、治疗总有效率远远优于对照组，组间对比差异P＜0．05有统计学意义。结论：奥美拉唑治疗应激性胃溃疡具有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the omeprazole and cimetidine in treatment of stress gastric ulcer treatment .Methods：86 cases of gastric stress ulcer patients from 2012.10 to 2013.10.Results：Patients with bleeding time, treatment efficiency is much better than that of the control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups of P 〈0.05 contrast.Conclusion：omeprazole treat-ment has obvious curative effect of stress ulcer . |
