梧州市长洲区大塘社区居民高血压患病率的调查

目的：进行社区调查，了解社区居民高血压患病率、防治知识知晓率、目标人群。方法：采取系统抽样和入户面对面方式，对入选的社区18岁及以上的3072名居民记录性别、年龄、身高、体重、血压，同时对高血压防治知识、不良生活方式等状况逐项调查，数据收集后用SPSS13．0软件进行统计学分析。结果：18岁及以上社区居民高血压患病率为20．34％，其中年龄在40～59岁患病率为22．02％，年龄≥60岁患病率为53．45％，各年龄组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），高血压防治知识知晓率为29．46％。结论：社区居民高血压防治知识知晓率低，高血压的目标人群以≥60岁老年人为主，高血压患病率与年龄呈正相关，且随年龄增长极为显著。

Investigation on incidence of hypertension in Datang community of Changzhou district of Wuzhou

Objective：To understand the community hypertension prevalence rate , awareness rate , the target population .Methods：Systematic sampling and face -to-face mode, the selected community aged 18 years and over 3072 residents recorded the sex , age, height, weight, blood pressure, and at the same time, the investigation of hypertension prevention and control knowledge , poor lifestyle i-temized, statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 13.0 software after data collection .Results：The prevalence rate of hypertension in com-munity residents aged 18 years and above was 20.34%, which was at the age of 40 to 59 years the prevalence rate was 22.02%, 60 years of age or older the prevalence rate was 53.45%, statistically significant differences between the various age groups （P〈0.05）, knowl-edge of the prevention and control of hypertension awareness rate was 29.46%.Conclusion：The low rate of awareness of hypertension in community, the target population of hypertension in aged 60 and older, the prevalence rate of hypertension was positively related with age , and with age significantly .
