肝脏局灶性病变定性诊断中超声造影的应用价值

目的：通过观察不同的增强表现，评价超声造影检查在肝脏局灶性病变中的应用价值。方法：对经穿刺活检或手术病理证实的92例FLL进行实时超声造影检查，记录肝内局灶性病变的增强及消退时间、增强形态及增强程度，分析病灶造影增强特点，与病理结果进行对照。结果：不同性质肝局灶性病变增强类型及强度各有不同。结论：在肝脏局灶性病变中，超声造影可显示病变内不同的血流灌注特征，对肝脏局灶性病变的定性诊断有重要的临床应用价值。

Ultrasound imaging of liver focal disease diagnosis value

Objective：To evaluate on contrast -enhanced ultrasound examination in the value of focal liver lesions by observing the dif -ferent enhanced performance .Methods：Confirmed by biopsy or surgical pathology of real -time contrast-enhanced ultrasound examina-tion, 92 cases of FLL record enhancement of focal lesions in the liver and fading time , increasing the extent of form and enhancement , an-alyzing the characteristics of the lesions contrast enhancement , and pathological results were compared .Results：Different liver focal dis-ease increase type and intensity were different .Conclusion：In focal liver lesions , contrast-enhanced ultrasonography could display the le-sion in different blood flow characteristics , the qualitative diagnosis of focal liver lesions had important clinical value .
