正清风痛宁治疗特发性局灶节段性肾小球硬化

目的探讨正清风痛宁辅助皮质类固醇激素联合环磷酰胺(CTX)治疗特发性局灶节段性肾小球硬化(I-FSGS)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选择30例I-FSGS患者随机分为2组各15例。治疗组给予正清风痛宁辅助皮质类固醇激素联合CTX,对照组给予皮质类固醇激素联合CTX。比较2组3,6,9个月24 h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、肌酐清除率的变化。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组和对照组均较治疗前24 h尿蛋白定量明显减少(P<0.05),血清白蛋白和肌酐清除率均明显升高(P<0.05)。6个月及9个月时,治疗组与对照组相比,24 h尿蛋白定量明显减少(P<0.05),血清白蛋白和肌酐清除率明显升高(P<0.05),总缓解率亦显著增加(P<0.05)。治疗组主要不良反应为消化道症状3例,肝脏损害2例,骨髓抑制2例;对照组主要不良反应为消化道症状2例,肝脏损害2例,骨髓抑制2例。结论正清风痛宁辅助皮质类固醇激素联合CTX治疗I-FSGS临床疗效优于皮质类固醇激素联合CTX,且不良反应无增加。

Assisting role of Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet in the treatment of idiopathic focal segmental glomerulosclerosis

Objective It is to approach the assisting role and side effect of Chinese Medicine Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet in the treatment of idiopathic focal segmental glomerulosclerosis(I-FSGS) with corticosteroid and Cytoxan.Methods 30 patients with I-FSGS were randomly divided into two groups with 15 cases each other.The treatment group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet assisting with corticosteroid and Cytoxan;the control group was treated with corticosteroid and Cytoxan.Then the values of 24h Urine protein quantitation,seralbumin,creatinine clearance rate between the two groups were detected and compared after therapy 3,6,9 months.Results The values of 24h Urine protein quantitation were decreased obviously in both groups after therapy 3 months,while the values of seralbumin and creatinine clearance rate were increased strongly(P<0.05).After therapy 6 and 9 months,the values of 24h Urine protein quantitation were decreased,and the values of seralbumin,creatinine clearance rate and remission rate were increased strongly in the treatment group(P<0.05).The main side effect included digestive symptom(3 cases in the treatment group,2 cases in the control group),liver impairment(2 cases in the treatment group,2 cases in the control group),myelosuppression(2 cases in the treatment group,2 cases in the control group).Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning tablet assist with corticosteroid and Cytoxan can be more beneficial in the treatment of I-FSGS.
