东北地区民工心理卫生状况的调查与分析

目的 了解东北地区民工的心理卫生状况.方法 采用SCL-90、EPQ,随机抽取东北地区四个城市470名民工进行调查,并与国内常模进行比较.结果 民工SCL-90的9个因子分均值及阳性项目数均显著高于国内常模(P＜0.001),女性民工有5个因子分均值及阳性项目数显著高于男性民工(P＜0.05);EPQ民工组的P、E分量表得分均显著高于常模组(P＜0.001),女性民工N分量表得分显著高于男性民工(P＜0.05).结论 东北地区民工心理健康水平低于全国正常人的平均水平,女性民工心理健康水平低于男性民工.

Investigation and Analysis of Mental Health Status of Northeast Peasant Workers

Objective To explore the mental health status of northeast peasant workers.Methods By the SCL-90 and EPQ,a sample of 470 peasant workers selected from four northeastern cities at random were tested and compared to usual models.Results Nine factors' scores and number of positive items of SCL-90 were higher than those of usual models(P<0.001);and female peasant workers had higher scores of five factors than male peasant workers(P<0.05).Scores of EPQ in psychoticism and extorversion were higher than those of usual models(P<0.001);and female peasant workers had higher scores of EPQ in neuroticism than male peasant workers(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of mental health of northeast peasant workers is lower than that of ordinary people in our country,and female peasant workers has lower level of mental health than male peasant workers.
