| Abstract: | Ventricular late potential (VLP) was recorded in 90 patients with old myocardial infarction (OMI) and 1000 healths. The results showed that the positive rate of VLP was associated with 76.47% patients with OMI who had ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation and the negative rate of VLP with 100 healths. It is suggested that there is a dose relationship between the apperance of VLP and serious arrhythmia. The recording of VLP will become a new valuable and non- traumatic technique in the test of ventricular arrhythmia in OMI. |
