490例房颤病人回顾性分析

目的:探讨房颤发生的原因与年龄、性别、民族的关系。 方法 :对心电图和 /或动态心电图确诊为房颤的 490例住院病人 ,依据病因、年龄、性别、民族分组 ,进行回顾性分析。结果 :房颤以风心病房颤和冠心病房颤最为常见 ,分别为 31.6 %和 2 1.4%,其次是特发性房颤 (2 0 .6 %)和高心病房颤 (11.6 %)。房颤不同病因的年龄、性别和民族的构成差异明显 ,在风心病房颤病人中 ,中年龄组 (4 0～ 6 0岁 )占 5 2 .90 %,女性占 5 9.35 %;冠心病房颤病人中 ,老年组 (>6 0岁 )占 80 .95 %,男性占 81.90 %;特发性房颤病人各年龄组均有分布 ,男性明显多于女性 ,男性占74.2 5 %;风心病房颤病人的平均年龄 ,维吾尔族为 45 .0 2岁 ,与汉族 5 4.2 5岁存在显著性差异。 结论 :房颤各种病因的年龄、性别和民族各有差异 ,年龄因素对参估房颤病因有一定的参考价值。

Retrospective study of 490 patients with atrial fibrillation

Objective: To explore the relationship between pathogenesis and age,sex,and nationality of atrial fibrillation. Methods: 490 hospitalized patients diagnosed as atrial fibrillation by ECG and/or DCG, were divided into several groups according to age,sex and nationality, and were retrospectively studied. Results: Among 490 patients,rheumatic heart disease (31.6%) and coronary heart disease (21.4%) were more commonly seen. The constitution of pathogenesis on age, sex and nationality were quite different. In the group of rheumatic heart disease, the mid-age (40~60 years) was 52.90% and female was 59.35%; in the group of coronary heart disease, the aged (>60 years) was 80.95% and male was 81.90%. Isolated atrial fibillation was distributed in every aged group, the male(74.25%) was more than the female (24.75%); The average age of rheumatic heart disease was different, Uygur was 45.02 years and Han was 54.25 years (P<0.05). The reason needs to be explained. Conclusion: The age is an important factor in judging the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation and sex constitution of pathogenesis was different in this study.
