等离子射频与微波治疗对阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征的疗效比较

目的：比较等离子射频消融术与微波凝固术治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者的临床疗效。方法：228例OSAS患者分成射频组148例与微波组80例，分别行腭咽成形、双扁桃体、肥厚腭咽弓，双侧肥厚下鼻甲等的射频消融术和微波凝固术。结果：术后2个月行呼吸睡眠监测2组患者睡眠过程中暂停时间及血氧饱和度检查，结果射频组总有效率98．6％，微波组71．3％（P〈0．01）。随访7个月，射频组总有效率仍显著高于微浦绸（P〈0．01）．结论：等离子射频消融术治疗OSAS疗效显著，且局部很少残留疤痕，值得临床推广。

Comparison of Effects of Plasma Radio Frequency vs Microwave on Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hyponea Syndrome

Objective: To observe the effects of plasma radio frequency operation vs microwave operation on obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome (OSAS). Methods: 228 patients with OSAS were divided into two groups. The radio frequency group (n=148) received plasma radio frequency operations including posterior pillar of faucesoplasty, tonsillectomy, fleshy palatopharyngeal arch and concha nasalis inferior, and the microwave group ((n=)80) was subjected to microwave operation. At the 2nd month after operation, the time of pause during sleep and saturation oxygen of all the cases were observed by respiration-sleep monitor. Results: The total effective rate in the radio frequency group and microwave group was 98.6 % and 71.3 % respectively (P<0.01). During the follow-up at 7th postoperative month, the total effective rate in the radio frequency group was still higher than in the microwave group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The curative effectiveness of plasma radio frequency operation on OSAS was more superior to microwave operation.
