构建和谐医患关系的相关因素浅析

依据党的十六届四中全会提出的构建社会主义和谐社会的战略目标,阐述医患关系的现状;分析医患关系不和谐的可能原因;指出医患关系不和谐是正常执业的重大障碍,建立诚信、友好、和谐的医患关系,进而构建和谐社会是众望所归。从医方、患方、政府、媒体等多方面论述如何重新构建和谐的医患关系。

PRIMARY ANALYSIS OF THE FACTORS CORRELATED WITH DEVELOPING HARMONIOUS DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP

In the light of the strategy goal of building a harmonious socialist society proposed by 4th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC, the paper studies the present situation of doctor-patient relationship and the possible causes that making worse doctor-patient relationship in some hospitals of China; The result of this study shows that the disharmonious doctor-patient relationship is the greatest obstruction in normal medical practice and service. So that to set up a faith, friendly, harmonious doctor-patient relationship is one of the most important tasks of both medical workers and patients. Finally, the authors discuss how to re-create the harmonious and healthy doctor-patient relationship in several aspects, ineluding hospital management, patients, government, and media.
