| 摘 要： | 我们检测１０８４１人次与心肌疾患有关的血清，儿童２２８７例，成人８５５４例，１６种损伤心肌的疾患按荧光呈现不同部位列表分析抗心肌抗体（ＨＲＡ）。儿童正常不出现ＨＲＡ，检出即有意义，成人检出阳性显者对临床有一定参考价值，ＨＲＡ与横纹肌及平滑肌呈交叉反应。

| Abstract: | It is reported in this paper that serums from 8 554 adults and 2 287 children (10 841 patients in all) were examined and these patients suffered from heart muscle diseases.A list is given to analize heart reactive antibody (HRA) in sixteen sorts of diseases that injured heart muscle,according to the different place to fluorescence.There are not HRA in normal children,so the significance is clear that HRA is detected out in children.It has consulting values to clinical diagnoses when HRA is positive obviously in adults.In addition,HRA shows crossing reaction with striped muscles and smooth muscles. |
