疝环充填式无张力疝修补术105例临床分析

目的:总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在治疗腹股沟疝中的临床经验.方法:采用美国Bard公司的疝环充填物及成型补片,对105例腹股沟疝患者进行无张力疝修补治疗.观察手术时间、术后患者活动时间、伤口疼痛、住院时间、并发症、复发等情况.结果:105例患者手术平均历时43.5 min,24 h内均能下床活动并恢复饮食,术后均未使用镇痛药.无切口感染,术后出院时间3～7 d.随访3～60个月,1例复发.结论:疝环充填式无张力疝修补术较传统的疝修补术具有操作简便、损伤小,术后疼痛轻,恢复快,并发症少,复发率低的优点.是目前修补腹股沟疝较理想的术式.

Clinical Analysis of Inguinal Hernia Treatrd with Mesh-Plug Tension-Free Hernia Repair

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of inguinal hernia treated with mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair.Methods:To select 105 patients of inguinal hernia underwent tension-free repair with mesh-plug(Company Bard of America).To investigate the process and duration of operation,the time of movement,the incision pain,the duration of hospitalization,the complication and the recurrence of post-operation.Results: To traditional hernia repair,mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair was demonstrated the advantages of simple procedure,minor invasion,less postoperative pain,less complications,less recurrence.Conclusion: Mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair is the better way to treat inguinal hernia at the present time.
