| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社会和护理干预对喉癌术后病人生活质量的影响。方法采用Terrell生活质量调查表对64例喉癌术后病人分别在实施社会和护理干预前及实施干预后进行评估。将64例喉癌术后病人随机分为实验组和对照组,2组病人均进行常规治疗和护理,在此基础上对实验组病人实施针对性社会和护理干预。结果实验组病人在实施社会和护理干预后,生活质量明显高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论对喉癌术后病人实施针对性社会和护理干预,可以提高喉癌术后病人生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of the social and nursing intervention on quality of life in the patients with laryngocarcinoma after operation.Methods 64 patients with laryngocarcinoma after the operation were divided into the study group and the control group at random.All the patients were given the regular treatment and nursing.The patients in the study group received the additional social and nursing intervention.All the patients were evaluated by Terrell life quality scale before and after the social and nursing intervention.Results The scores on Terrell life quality scale of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the additional social and nursing intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions To give additional social and nursing intervention can notably improve life quality of patients with laryngocarcinoma after operation. |
