穴位注射芬氟合剂复合颈浅丛阻滞麻醉用于甲状腺手术的临床观察

目的:观察穴位注射复合颈浅丛麻醉用于甲状腺腺瘤切除术的麻醉效果。方法:将90例甲状腺腺瘤需手术治疗的患者随机分为3组:A组30例,颈浅丛阻滞麻醉+穴位注射生理盐水组;B组30例,颈浅丛阻滞麻醉+静脉注射芬氟合剂组;C组30例,穴位注射芬氟合剂复合颈浅丛阻滞麻醉组。结果:患者疼痛情况比较,A组的VAS评分高于B组、C组(P<0.01);B组与C组VAS评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组与A组、C组比较,脉搏血氧饱和度B组低于A组和C组(P<0.05)。A组与B组、C组比较,A组血压、心率高于其它组(P<0.05)。3组比较,术后追踪观察出现喉返神经麻痹及膈神经麻痹病例数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。恶心呕吐B组高于A组和C组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射芬氟合剂复合颈浅丛阻滞麻醉用于甲状腺腺瘤切除术麻醉效果良好。
