| 摘 要： | 目的 了解老年脑卒中患者认知障碍的临床特征及其影响因素.方法 采用简易智能状态检查量表( MMSE)对北京市三所三甲医院神经内科住院的291例老年脑卒中患者进行认知障碍调查,并用SPSS13.0软件进行数据分析.结果 291名老年脑卒中患者中,有认知障碍者156例,发生率为53.6％,脑卒中后症状、肥胖、日常生活活动能力(ADL)差的患者认知障碍发生率较高(P＜0.01).结论 老年脑卒中患者认知障碍发生率较高,与肥胖、ADL差、脑卒中症状有关.
