| 摘 要： | 目的 研究衰老血管内皮细胞增殖和凋亡与S1P2受体表达的相关性.方法 采用RT-PCR检测年轻(Y)、中年(I)和衰老(S)内皮细胞的S1P2受体的表达；运用MTT法和流式细胞术(FCA)分别检测年轻(Y)、中年(I)和衰老(S)内皮细胞的增殖和凋亡.结果S1P2受体mRNA在衰老内皮细胞中的表达显著上调(P＜0.01)；衰老内皮细胞的增殖能力显著下调(P＜0.01)；衰老内皮细胞凋亡明显增加(P＜0.01).结论 衰老内皮细胞的S1P2受体表达上调与内皮细胞的增殖和凋亡改变相关联.
