| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高脂膳食与胰岛素抵抗的关系以及西洋参对胰岛素抵抗的早期干预作用。方法:应用高脂膳食喂养SD♂大鼠制作胰岛素抵抗的动物模型,观察西洋参对大鼠胰岛素敏感指数和血清瘦素水平的影响。结果:高脂膳食喂养10周后造模组胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)下降,血清瘦素(Leptin)水平升高,体重增加,用西洋参治疗后ISI指数升高,血清Leptin水平下降,体重减轻。结论:西洋参可提高胰岛素抵抗大鼠的胰岛素敏感指数,降低血清瘦素水平,并对肥胖有一定的改善作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe relationship between high fat diet and insulin resistance,and the effect of American Ginseng on the rats of insulin resistance(IR).Method:SD rats were fed with high fat diet to make the IR model,and observe the effect of American Ginseng on the IR rats of the sensitivity of insulin and Leptin.Results:After feeding with high fat diet 8 weeks,the sensitivity of insulin descend,weigh and Leptin increase.After using American Ginseng,all are going to the contrast.Conclusion:High fat diet can induce IR mode,and American Ginseng is effective in increasing insulin sensitivity and reduce Leptin. |
