摘    要:目的:为了鉴定自行制备的重组人血管生长素。方法:采用凝胶扫描法分析纯度;ELISA等方法检测特异性;鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜实验检测生物活性,并与商品化标准品进行免疫结合性的对比研究。结果:重组血管生长素纯度达96%,具有促进血管生长的生物活性;而且较标准品有理想的免疫结合性。结论:该重组人血管生长素可进一步的实验和临床应用研究。

Abstract:Objective:To detect the biological activity of the recombinant human angiogenin Methods:Gel scanning was used to analyze the purity of the prepared rhANG ELISA and chicken CAM assay were used to detect specificity and biological activity The prepared rhANG was compared with the standard rhANG Results:The purity of the prepared rhANG is 96% and it could induce the angiogenesis The immunity of the prepared rhANG is better than that of the standard Conclusion:The prepared rhANG could be used for the further basic and clinical research
