HPLC法测定抗瘤丸中三七皂苷R1及人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的含量

目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定抗瘤丸中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱（4．6mm×150mm，5um），使用梯度洗脱系统，流动相为乙腈-0．05％磷酸溶液；流速为1．0mL／min；检测波长为203nm；进样量为10μL；柱温为30℃。结果三七皂苷R1的线性范围为82．8～621μg（，=0．9999），平均回收率为100．057％（RSD=0．3996％）；人参皂苷Rg1的线性范围为109．8～823，5μg（，=0．9996），平均回收率为99．248％（RSD=1．0046％）；人参皂苷Rb1的线性范围为112．6～844．5μg（，=0．9999），平均回收率为99．812％（RSD=1．4744％）。结论本方法操作简便、准确，重复性好，可用于抗瘤丸中三七皂苷R1及人参皂苷Rg1、Rb2的含量测定。

Determination of Notoginsenoside R1, Ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb, in Kangliu Pills by HPLC

Objective To set up a HPLC method for the determination of the contents of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rgl and Rbl in Kangliu pills. Methods It was performed on Kromasil ClS （4.6 min×150 mm, 5 μm）, and the mobile phase was aeetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid with gradient elution system. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detective wavelength was 203 nm, injection volume was 10μL and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The liner range of notoginsenoside R1 was 82.8-621μg （r=0.9999） and the average recovery was 100.057% （RSD=0.399 6%）. The liner range of ginsenoside Rg1 was 109.8-823.5μg （r=0.999 6） and the average recovery was 99.248% （RSD=1.004 6%）. The liner range of ginsenoside Rbl was 112.6-844.5μg （r=0.9999） and the average recovery was 99.812% （RSD=1.4744%）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for the content determination of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 and Rbl in Kangliu pills.
