摘    要: 目的:测定黄芩苷的药动学参数,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以电化学检测测定黄芩苷在大鼠体内的药动学参数。结果:黄芩苷在大鼠体内呈二室模型分布,其药动学参数是Vd=2.53L,Ke=4.17h-1K12=5.25h-1K21=0.63h--1t1/2=0.16h,α=10.29ng·ml-1·h-1β=0.29ng·ml-1·h-1AUC=1.93μg·h·ml-1

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To determine parameters of pharmacokinetis in rat and provide a scientific basis for rationalized use of cefmetazole. METHOD: Using the method of HPLC-ECD, we determined pharmacokinetics of baicaline in rat. The conditions were as follows: column, ERC-ODS-1611, 6 mm×100 mm; temperature, 55 ℃; flow phases, 0.1 mol·L-1 KH2PO4, acetic acid, tetrahydrfuran (1 000∶100∶190); flow rate, 0.8 ml·min-1; volt of detector, +650 mV. RESULTS: The baicaline of injection showed two-compartment in the body of the rat; the parameter of the pharmacokinetion was Vd=2.53 L,Ke=4.17 h-1,K12=5.25 h-1,K21=0.63 h-1,t1/2=0.16 h,α=10.29 ng·ml-1·h-1,β=0.29 ng·min-1, AUC=1.93 μg·h·ml-1。
