摘    要:目的:比较2种盐酸法舒地尔注射液(商品名分别为依立卢、川威)对大鼠实验性脑缺血的保护作用。方法:SD大鼠60只随机分为伪手术组、模型组、依立卢和川威高、低剂量组,分别给予相应药物后建立局部脑缺血模型,观察盐酸法舒地尔注射液对脑缺血大鼠神经功能、脑梗死面积和脑组织病理形态学的影响。结果:与模型组比较,在相同剂量下,2种制剂可相同程度地降低实验性脑缺血大鼠的神经功能评分、脑梗死面积及减轻脑组织病理形态改变(P<0.05或P<0.01);2种制剂之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:2种盐酸法舒地尔注射液对大鼠实验性脑缺血的保护作用相当。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To compare the protective effects of two fasudil hydroehloride injections (trade name: Yililu vs. Chuanwei) on experimental cerebral ischemia of rats. METHODS: A total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into sham opertion group, model group, Yililu group, Chuanwei high dose group, and Chuanwei low dose group. Cerebral ischemia model was made in each group for the observation of the effects of fasudil hydroehloride injections on the neuralogical function, cerebral infarction size and the pathomorphology of brain tissues. RESULTS: As compared with model group, two kinds of the fasudil hydroehloride injections at the same dose identically decreased the score of neurological function as well as the cerebral infarction size. and lessened the degree of the pathomorphological change of brain tissues (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01) . However, there were no signficant differences between the two kinds of fasudil hydroehloride injections (P 〉 0.05) . CONCLUSION: The two kinds of fasudil hydroehloride injections showed an equivalent protective effect on the damage of experimental cerebral ischemia.
