用免疫珠试验检测不育者抗精子抗体

摘    要:应用免疫珠试验(Immunobead test,IBT)检测251例不育者血清抗精子抗体及51例不孕妇女宫颈粘液抗精子抗体,将IBT与明胶凝集试验(Gelatin agglutination test,GAT)试管玻片凝集试验(Tube-slide agglutination test,TSAT)及精子制动试验(Spermimmobilization test,SIT)比较。结果表明,抗精子抗体是不育原因之一,宫颈粘液与血清中抗精子抗体的存在不一致,IBT的敏感性、特异性及重复性较好,且能作抗体分类和定位,对临床诊治免疫不育有重要指导意义。

Abstract:Sera from 251 infertile patients and cervical mucus(CM)from 51 infertile womenwere assayed for antisperm antibodies using immunobead test(IBT). The appearance of anti-sperm antibodies in CM was not necessarily related to their presence in serum.IBT al-lowed the direct detection of immunoglobulins on the Surface of living sperm.The isotypeand binding region of antisperm antibodies could be determined by IBT.IBT revealed thatIgG and IgA were more common than IgM in serum.The immunoglobulin class presenteda preferential sperm region binding site:IgG predominantly to the head and tail,IgAmainly to the tail,IgM to the tail tip or tail piece.There was predominantly IgA in CMWhich bound to the tail.IBT was more sensitive,specific and reproducible as comparedwith classical methods: GAT,TSAT and SIT.
